Richard K. Peck, IV

Richard K. Peck, IV (“Rick”) is a licensed Florida attorney who is authorized to practice in all Florida state courts as well as in the United States Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. His undergraduate degree was obtained from Florida State University in 2002 and his law degree was obtained from St. Thomas University in 2005.

Rick has dedicated the entirety of his legal career to protecting consumers. He has prosecuted hundreds of debt collection harassment lawsuits on behalf of consumers and also has substantial experience in defending consumers when they are sued for credit card debts. Rick also has substantial experience in prosecuting appeals.

In 2010 Rick obtained a $224,000.00 jury verdict award for a consumer in an action prosecuted under the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act (FCCPA).
He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the West Pasco Bar Association.
